This is an easy install on a standard size handgun. Works great on my CZ P-07 and am sure would be great on most handguns with a picatinny rail as long as it is standard size. It is not compatible for a subcompact and I am not sure about just a compact. It would not work with my Sig Sauer P365. Windage and elevation adjustments can easily be made with the included allen wrench. If you want to save ammo while sighting it in, I used a G-Sight laser cartridge to dry fire and see where my bullets would be hitting and then adjusted the laser sight from there. Also this is quite light, so it shouldn't change the overall feel of your pistol's weight.
