Thin and thin size for Asian Asians. I Medium should have fit but it's still too tight. The large fits better, but is a bit wide at the waist. I can still throw roundhouse kicks from one point to the head, so the stretch is good. The quality is very good for a LOW PRICE. Soft material similar to Venum shorts (but not as good because they are 4 times cheaper). For 2 months of use they have not sat down. The name SOTF is not attractive, it looks like "SOFT". I bought 3 more of this style of MMA plus 6 Muay Thai.
