Great training aid

I am very fortunate to use them personally and use them for my HS swim team. We never made circles with them. Used them for strength and speed training, doing high-intensity 25 and 50 pounds. We've used 12" for really strong swimmers and 8" for girls and butterfly work (I've used 12" for butterfly but it's difficult for me to maintain shot form with a big swimmer - meaning there's a bad one Shoulder burns (but seems like you can be easy to overload a joint/muscle/tendon if you're not well trained) I like to use this to warm up before a race, it helps me feel better in the water feel and prepare my muscles faster (although this may be illegal in a master class so be aware).
