Warning: does not spring open. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the fit. My daughter is 10.5 and these puppies were in the tightest position. After 2 minutes in the water on Bonaire (our first mission!) one broke off and quickly sank to the bottom. (Sorry for the nonsense, Bonaire!) They both turned on correctly when using the excellent quick shot feature. Therefore, landing in the water was bad; They are great out of the water.
