As an AMERIQUE client, I was extremely disappointed by the company's mediocre service and low-quality offerings. The equipment I ordered was cheaply made, and the company's customer service department was unresponsive and unhelpful when I attempted to resolve the problem. In addition, I had a hard time finding my way around the website because of its muddled organization and search features. Don't even get me started on the cumbersome, time-consuming checkout procedure, during which I was required to provide numerous pieces of irrelevant information. AMERIQUE is not a company I would suggest to anyone in search of high-quality tools or home improvement supplies. You can easily find other choices that offer superior quality and support. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to avoid hassle.
