Totally my fault for not reading the reviews first! As others have pointed out, this is NOT a solid piece of metal, but rather a cheap metal overlay for the base. I've had these case style grommets before, and others seem to have had this problem with the same grommets. They go back or straight into the trash. I feel like an idiot not realizing these aren't solid nuts. Sure, I'm guessing they'll look great, but right out of the box I have a feeling that the "pretty lid" on two of the four tabs in the first box I opened was loose. The name meant impeccable quality. That's not what most customers like me are looking for.
