Make sure you have a KWIKSET lock (which is stamped on the flat side of the lock on the inside of the door). This took about a minute because you have to insert the hole in the handle EXACTLY right to open it. YOU DON'T WANT to play with him if you need to get in the room FAST. I'd suggest trying it a few times once you get the hang of it so you can do it in seconds if you need to get into a room. VERDICT: GOOD PRICE for everything and it works. You just have to ONLY paste it correctly and practice as well when you get it. I would order again but with all the ones I have (and I only have 2 doors that lock like this) I think they will be good LONG!
