Monroe 58644 Sensa Trac Load Matched Shock

Bought these for my 2003 Chevy Trailblazer and removed the Bilstein shocks. We first used them in our Chrysler minivan, which has a fairly heavy load on the rear wheels, and they performed exceptionally well for vehicle weight control and general on-road handling. If you have a Trailblazer or a factory Bilstein GMC Envoy they are not the best as they are cheap. Bilstein have the best shock absorbers for these cars and the ones I currently rent have been replaced by me 3 years later. return. Bilsteins are great for full car control, but they don't allow you to carry extra weight in the car without lowering the rear when towing, towing, or towing. Monroe makes a good product and overall these units are quite powerful and heavy they should work well and the price was good as Bilsteins are not cheap units.

Pros
  • Very good value
Cons
  • Not the best
