I liked the playpen. My puppy has never needed a top. When she was able to pop out I had to put on a top which I couldn't as the zipper broke. I tried contacting the seller and they sent me to Amazon CS which didn't work for me because 60 days had passed. A billion dollar company won't help me with a $50 product. DO NOT PURCHASE THE UPDATE. I switched to 4 stars because Revain CS helped me with a one-time courtesy credit. I appreciate it.
