My wife likes this as we needed a container to strain and keep good cooking grease in it. The red color perfectly matches other appliances and cookware that we have. We have used it once so far and though it won't hold all of the grease from a deep cooking, we used this item to strain the grease and pour most of the cooled oil back into a bottle. The rest of the oil stays in the container. Very satisfied with this purchase.
