I didn't know what to expect from this product. The price was reasonable and I wanted to do my PS4 Pro (no 4k video streaming) without dropping another $400. I am so happy with this product. I feel like they did everything right. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. I had my PS4 HD replaced and the PS4 was up and running again in 20 minutes. Fantom even offers a case and USB cable that lets you use your old PS4 HD as an external drive on your computer. Like I said, I'm impressed.
