After looking around and trying to find a solution I found this! The perfect solution for our Regalo extra tall wall safe at the bottom of the stairs (not at the top!). ordered 8 mm. We needed this for our very strong 40 pound dog so I used some zip ties for extra support, but a smaller pet or less 'wild child' may not need this. I've used them with the extensions that come with the Tor, but they work with or without them. Pretty easy to install, just try to insert the rods evenly first and then tighten evenly. An extra pair of hands could hold the gate while one person rotates it, but that's not necessary. I've done it myself.
