Not 0-15psi
Arrived with the needle set for hard pressure on the zero pin so it took about 2psi to move it off the pin. I'm interested in 0-5psi so I had to take it apart and bend the needle to get it at the 2psi mark. Now I can read -2 to +13 psi. I can't comment on how well calibrated or accurate it is.
