So the product was awesome. The fuse fit just as the description said it would it was not difficult to change and my dryer is working like a champ. This is a good product. Now for the but, I usually don’t review a product unless I have negative feedback. My life is super busy and there’s lots of positive reviews out there that tell the story clearly I don’t need to add to the positive noise. I will however create a review for a product that I feel like has been misrepresented or is otherwise just garbage. In this case, i’m very happy with the product. I am however annoyed that the vendor proceeded to email me three separate times after the product was delivered soliciting my positive review. Each email the language became more and more aggressive and at the third and final email I just felt like I was being pushed to do something I didn’t want to do. So here’s the review: the product is great but the vendor was super pushy. On the flipside if the product sucked would the vendor provide great customer service to make it right? I don’t know. But if the rudeness exists on the front side of harvesting positive reviews I imagine that same rudeness and will insensitive customer service would exist on the backside of dealing with product issues. So there you have it vendor, your email automation responder works and I’ve sent you a review. My advice to you would be that no news is good news, that if a customer does not complain that you might be able to assume that they at some level satisfied. Your shameless self promotion and in exhaustible perseverance for harvesting my review has put me in a mood where I wouldn’t recommend you as a vendor simply because had our transaction gone bad I feel like you would also not be sympathetic to the fact to me nor would you follow me lead on the road to customer satisfaction.But I think you product is great.Now leave my email inbox alone please.
