Review on Enhanced SEO: Victorinox Fibrox Pro 12-inch Slicing Knife with Granton Blade by Brad Bowers

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Better than expected!

I've looked on the internet for a long time. I'm a knife snob who carries pocket knives that cost about the same as a good smartphone, so I'm particularly picky about blade steel, handle material, construction, etc. I recently bought this knife as a birthday present for a friend who started using the Smoking/grilling and large cuts of meat. I chose solely based on brand and reviews and not based on price and looks. Because let's face it, it's a very simple design, it's not "supersteel" and it's a pretty low price point compared to other knives in this category. Turns out those reviews were right! This thing is sharp, tough with a bit of flex, great grip in greasy situations, cleans up quickly, is dishwasher safe (if you like it), all in all a great knife. Honestly, I'm considering replacing my current chest knife, which cost almost triple the price. On the other hand, I also bought an 8" chef's knife from this collection, also a bargain, and would recommend both knives to anyone looking for quality kitchen cutlery.
