PLATESLeak protectionGreat. They are very heavy. We used them for dinner and they have held up well. Nothing really got wet. They have a nice rustic look. We have served pasta, salads and desserts with sauces on plates and it was absolutely no problem. Before using them for the first time, I wanted to test it, so I poured tomato sauce, cream sauce, and salad dressing over all of the test bowls and left them in the kitchen. The bottom got a little pliable after about 6 hours but never leaked, which won me over. My family was impressed with them and it also cut my cleaning time by 20 minutes. I will definitely be buying more of these instead of paper plates.
