Without hard plastic flange reinforcement ring!
The boot is made of vinyl and is therefore quite soft. I feel so bad too. I plan to buy a hard plastic reinforcement ring to keep the bolts from being pulled through the vinyl bolt holes in the flange. Unfortunately, TH Marine sells this reinforcement ring with part number CBR-2 (http://thmarine.com/th-marine-products/rigging-accessories/motorwell-to-engine-rigging/reinforcing-rings-for-lugs). .html) separately.
