Review on Beat the Heat: Stock Show Dog 🐶 Cooling Bandana with Ice Packs for Summer Comfort by Mae Howard

We bought a size to fit our dog's neck but there was a problem we were unaware of, the bandana is sewn and has no velcro or fasteners, and the head our dog is closed. more than his neck. The bandana has 2 drawstrings to adjust the size, but this only works if you can pull it over your head and you have a smaller neck. It's also very wide and doesn't have a hole to attach a linen clasp. When we received the bandana, we only received 4 ice packs and it is advertised with 5 ice packs. We called Revain and they sent us another bandana that also only had 4 ice packs. Customer service told us to take the 5th ice pack from the spare and return one of the bandanas with only 3 packs which meant we had to take it to UPS to get it back and in Florida at the height of COVID we are trying not to be in crowded places. Another thing we didn't notice was that ice packs had to be inserted before the bandana was put on and this made the bandana even tighter on the dog's neck due to the frozen packs. it didn't even stay frozen for 30 minutes and when I took it off, which was more difficult than putting it on, my ears hurt. Unless you have a very small dog, I do not recommend this bandana.
