Review on πŸ”§ Yonico 15334 45 Degree Router 2 Inch: Precision Routing Tool for Accurate Bevel Edges by Alex Mitra

Great item, not easy to use.

It turned out to be the equivalent of a $90 Freud denture. The installation was a bit fiddly. First, you need a desktop router with multiple fences. Adjustment involves adjusting the bit height from the chart IN COMBINATION WITH "holding" the bit with a vertical stop. (So this fence needs to be cut where the cutter is sticking out.) You tweak the two until you get the perfect miter on the corner. The really tricky part, however, is the log feed controls. I was able to attach my pieces to the "victim" board to keep them rigid (any wobble from the bat will bite and mess up the cut). Also, the second stop was mounted very close to the bit, leaving only a 5/8" space into which to insert 5/8" stock. By keeping this space tight, the wood is pushed against another fence AND into the cutter. After trial and error on 15-20 small pieces it was set up. Cut and make 8 box connections in about an hour. Make sure you have extra material. . And once you've established the beat, cut ALL the corners off. Fiddle with a setting and everything goes back to normal 1.GL
