I like how easy it is for my customers with less technical skills to manage their subscriptions via this tool. It's very intuitive which makes things easier when they are not tech savvy at all! The interface could be improved in terms of design but that would require additional resources so we can't complain too much about such minor issues - just give them time until everything gets better :) We use panabo mainly because our clients don´t have enough IT personnel or know-how to do these kinds of tasks themselves (ease management). The support team is very knowledgeable about their product line - which makes it easy for them understand our needs (and vice versa) when we're trying out new things with Pano! We've been able use this tool in order automate some of my tasks at work; I can't think off any downsides so far that might have come from using these services or tools they provide us within our organization/company.
