I like how easy it is for my customers with less technical skills to manage their subscriptions via this tool. It's very intuitive which makes things easier when they are not tech savvy at all! The interface could be improved in terms of design but that would require additional resources so we can't complain too much about such minor issues - just give them time until everything gets better :) We use panabo mainly because our clients don´t have enough IT personnel or know-how to do these kinds…
