The seller contacted me after writing a 1 star review. The product didn't appear for 30 days after it was supposed to appear. The seller refunded my money in full and kept the goods for me. They asked me to check my rating after I received the item. As bad as the delivery was, I have to say that the fan works well. I have a 60 gallon reef with a radiator. In the summer, my cooler turns on about 2 times an hour. I have this fan to keep my radiator from working so hard to keep the tank temp around 79 degrees. I didn't expect it to cool my tank much. Once installed, my cooler turns on every 60-90 minutes instead of twice an hour. Adding a fan to the aquarium increases evaporation. This way it cools your tank, so expect more moisture in the room where this fan is installed. If you can't live with high humidity, a real cooler is best. These things aren't small either. For best results, have the fan blow the full length of the top of the tank. However, for this you have to put up with a large fan on your tank. I have a cesspool, so it's down there, out of sight. If you have a tank with a large strut this will not work unless you change that strut.
