Works fantastic! (modified method!)
Super strong, sharp and durable. However, took another reviewer's advice and held the tongs upside down to cut straight into the bowl instead of sideways. I had the MAJOR cobb lettuce from the big store but I definitely prefer smaller pieces of everything so I turned it into a sliced cobb lettuce and it was PERFECT. Chop large chunks of lettuce (obviously), grape tomatoes, apple and celery chunks, all in minutes. Delicious! Cleaning was easy; hot water and a brush. (Beware of sharp blades!)
