I stir fry a couple times a week and saute veg almost exclusively in my Wok. The Bamber Wok spatula has worked splendidly. The finish is very unique.almost has a waxed or waterproof coating which makes cleaning a breeze. Foods, even when cooked in a thick or sticky sauce, does not "bond" to the wood when used with high heat. The corners have rounded down and the leading edge of the spatula has rounded a tad but still has plenty of edge to get under foods to turn. Thus spatula has good form/fit/function.a very useful cooking tool.
