This is very important and NOT clear in the instructions: you will need to reprogram your ORIGINAL work key at the same time as pairing the new key(s) Video, which I looked at - Tom did NOT reprogram the original working key. He just programmed his new key. I followed the video and instructions. I still have 1 new working key but my original key did not start the car. I called tech support and the tech gentleman told me to call the dealer or auto mechanic. He advised NOT to try again! WHAT? How disappointing and frustrating. Then I found a recent Revain review that the original working key should be paired at the same time. I found another video where Tom connects the original working key to the new key at the same time. It would be helpful if they updated the manual that says you MUST plug in the original working key at the same time as all keys are erased during programming including your working key. I reprogrammed and now I have 3 working keys! Hooray! Much heartache could have been avoided if the instructions, ALL the videos and the techs had made it VERY clear.
