*** UPDATED 18/18/20 The seller was kind enough to contact me after finding my review and offered to replace or return my purchase. They were very polite in communication. I am satisfied with their customer service which contributes to my satisfaction. *** I hate leaving negative feedback because I was so thrilled with this rug when I first received it. I originally bought this to put under a welcome rug but the horizontal length didn't suit my porch (too long) but I liked the look so I kept it and used it in my kitchen instead. I have used it as a rug under the sink and dishwasher. It worked well there because the space was long enough to use under the counter. However, after my son spilled dirty dishwater on it, I tried spot treating the stains but they wouldn't come off. So I reluctantly put it in the cold water washing machine and let it air dry. VERY reduced! How VERY MUCH! Now it's about the size of a small welcome mat. I am very disappointed! It looked so cute before washing because it was so pretty and long, but now it just looks goofy. Now I need to find a smaller place to use it. So if you buy this keep in mind that it's really hard to keep clean even if you follow the washing instructions on the label and will shrink badly if you try to machine wash it.
