High rolling resistance due to bead profile and harder compound. That being said, this will not be my journey to a crit race or downhill tire. I locked my rear wheel pretty badly on a descent today, less rolling resistance = less stickiness. Still a small price to pay. I didn't have many apartments with them at all. Just the other day I had to walk through a glass minefield, trying to scrape everything off with my bottle while driving and getting ready for the apartment. No flat! I had a nasty lug puncture the other day, anything but an Amradillo tire wouldn't stop it, and I won't roll over rocks to avoid punctures. When they stopped me, I dug all the glass out of the hoop, about 50 pieces that didn't break through. Great training / flat tire for road racing. They don't last very long although I've had 2-3 sets a year but I keep coming back so they're legit.
