This thing gets blazing hot
Works as advertised, but gets very hot. I wouldn't trust it for long-term use, only short on-and-off cycles. In my application, I was using a temperature sensor to turn it on and the solenoid got so hot, it never turned off. I replaced it with a valve that uses a motorized ball valve, which worked better.
