. We originally ran 15 tires to get 4 that balanced on the 4Runner and didn't wobble like crazy. This is a known problem on Toyota vehicles, but in my opinion the performance of the tires made it worth it and it didn't cost me any extra to use that many tires. We had to balance them regularly, about every month, to keep them running well. I decided to try Counteract Balancing Beads and I can tell you it was the smoothest 4Runner ride I have ever had! I've put about 5,000 miles on it now (much more than I could ever have done without rebalancing) and the ride is buttery smooth. Now for the bad. 1. The included valve stems are rubbish. Initially they all lasted, but within 1,000km I had to replace them all with original valve stems due to a leak. They just started exhaling rapidly and I couldn't get them to move at all. 2. Attempting to insert balls through the valve stem with the TPMS installed is not possible. The TPMS installed on my wheels/tires was from Discount Tire and the hole is barely big enough to fit a bead. The beads just clog and don't go through. I had to break the tire bead to mount them. Overall I WILL buy these again for every set of tires I use in the future. I've already bought a few trailer tires. Just knowing about the defects doesn't deter me from buying another one, because there's a lot more good than bad!
