Don't buy this! This will leave you stuck with a flat tire.

Conclusion: This product balances tires really well. However, no filtered valve cores were supplied as stated in the description/specs. This means that dirt or bead parts remain permanently stuck in the valve insert. This means you have to manually pry open the tip of the valve core with a micro flat head screwdriver or unscrew and readjust it every time you remove, add or check air pressure. Counteract Technical Support was very helpful to Delaney in resolving this issue. They also promised to

They really work!

I've watched several videos on YouTube about different types of balancing beads. I finally decided on this brand. I ordered a set of 265/70/r16 tires and mounted them at home and had no way to balance them. I decided to try pearls as they are not very expensive. In a word, amazing! My tires are perfectly balanced. I was delighted with the results and will use them in all future tires I replace. One note, be very careful when opening them. They are packed in a bag in a bag. You have to open the…

This is the best DIY balancing solution I've found for oversized tires.

I would like to start by saying that this product works well once it is in your tires. Does what it's supposed to and holds up very well. The limitation to this lies in the installation. If your tires have been removed from the rims it's ok, just rip open the bag and pour it in. I wouldn't recommend throwing an entire bag in the tire even if it ruptures as the plastic bag will wrap around the valve. Stem, especially if you have TPMS sensors. However, if you try to install them into the tire…

Maybe they work for some.

I bought these to add to my R1200GSA when I needed to change tires during a BDR in New Mexico. Since I was swapping street tires for curbside off-road tires, I needed a way to account for supposedly unbalanced knobby tires. I decided to balance my rims at home with no tires installed, using beadwork for final road tire balancing. The bike felt good riding 1,700 miles to Karlovy Vary. I changed tires, collected the old sidewalls for recycling (a bit dirty, like easy-rolling sand) and decided to…

The smoothest ride I've ever had, but I had a few installation issues.

. We originally ran 15 tires to get 4 that balanced on the 4Runner and didn't wobble like crazy. This is a known problem on Toyota vehicles, but in my opinion the performance of the tires made it worth it and it didn't cost me any extra to use that many tires. We had to balance them regularly, about every month, to keep them running well. I decided to try Counteract Balancing Beads and I can tell you it was the smoothest 4Runner ride I have ever had! I've put about 5,000 miles on it now (much…

Great for big tires!

I'm not a professional mechanic, but I have a tire changer and balancer at home, so take it for that. I run 37s on my Superduty. I needed new tires. I've heard of these beads but have never used them. I was really afraid of this work. 37-inch tires are difficult to remove, difficult to put back on, and difficult to lift. It is difficult to reinstall on the truck, they are not interesting to work with. I spoke to several people and decided that this is the best choice for large tires. That means

Balances tires well, but difficult to mount.

Summary - They were difficult to put through the valve stem but my first impression is that the truck runs smoother. Details. I bought a 12oz x 4 kit that includes 4 new valve stem cores, 4 caps, a decorative tipped screwdriver and a bottle to install the flanges through the valve stem. The kit was very complete and of good quality. I've noticed my tires wobble a bit at 75-80 mph on the freeway. I have a Michelin LTX AT2 and according to Michelin they weigh 57 pounds each (285/70R17 Michelin…
