Sorry I didn't change it sooner, the 2020 trash can fire caught my attention. I remembered just after a very positive dental checkup when my dentist told me to keep going no matter what I'm doing. +++ for customer service. Additionally, dental floss is now covered by a warranty that promises a replacement in the event of failure. Thanks very much! Original rating. That's a shame. I really liked this marker. In the beginning it worked great. Easily stays charged for a week with multiple uses per day. After a few weeks, I noticed that there was no more charge than I needed. I then noticed water on my bathroom walls but didn't think twice about it until a few days later I heard a strange noise coming from my bathroom and woke up to my filament vibrating across the counter and water splashing in all directions. . I figured it might be an accident so I drained and recharged the battery. The same happened a few hours later. I think I have zombie floss. Fortunately, this happened within the 30-day return period.
