I really like how easy it is for my patients' families/guardians, that go through this process with us as their health care provider of choice (and not just any medical record service), see what we do in our clinic when they get here! The fact some people have had trouble logging into medcloud can be frustrating - sometimes you are directed there from another site but then once at home page or login area your computer screen says "not found" until after 10 minutes try again? maybe fix before next version out so everyone doesn't need training?! If someone needs help navigating all these steps I am happy enough where i work now has an IT person who would guide them if needed thoughout phone etc which helps ease some frustration too!!
