I like that it's able find specific problems without having too many false positives or negatives, which is great for us! The ease of setting up new software, not having any downtime after implementing this product for our organization! It has been easy getting doctors onboard with using it as well - they are extremely excited about how much more efficient their workflow is going forward from here without needing anything extra (and there have certainly been plenty!). I really like how easy it is for my patients' families/guardians, that go through this process with us as their health care provider of choice (and not just any medical record service), see what we do in our clinic when they get here! The fact some people have had trouble logging into medcloud can be frustrating - sometimes you are directed there from another site but then once at home page or login area your computer screen says "not found" until after 10 minutes try again? maybe fix before…

I like that it is easy to use, and once you get used to it, it's not difficult to navigate through. It has helped me with my research for my projects. It can be tricky at times, but it's worth it in the end because of all the information it provides. It helps me organize all my data so that I don't have to keep searching for it later. I also like how you can easily upload photos to make your presentation more interesting. It would be nice if there was a way to add more than one file at a time…

The ability for us at our institution (a children's hospital) to use this software in conjunction with other EMRs, such as Epic is fantastic! We were able to create an interface that allowed all of my providers access into one place - so they could see what medications I was prescribing but also have easy navigation through their own records when needed too. Also being able be notified by email if there are any changes made within each medication record which can help avoid errors or mistakes…
