I like that it's able find specific problems without having too many false positives or negatives, which is great for us! It can be difficult sometimes finding exactly what you're looking at with certain tests (elevated liver enzymes) but overall we have been very happy using this product as our primary data collection tool in clinic settings since its launch about 3 years ago now - definitely worth trying if your organization has not used an electronic medical record before!! I like that it is easy to use, has great customer service, and the software is intuitive. It is a very user friendly platform. The layout of the system can be confusing at first but once you get used to it, it is very effective. For our institution we are able to track patient information quickly and easily. We also have an easier time keeping up with patient data.
