Review on Dell FR3PK 34 Inch LED Lit Monitor, 60Hz, Swivel & Tilt Adjustment, Anti-Glare Coating, USB Hub, U3417W, HD by Cedric Garcia

I was concerned about spending so much money on a monitor and also buying it from Revain rather than direct from Dell (due to warranty issues). But so far this Dell U3417W FR3PK 34 inch LED monitor has exceeded my expectations. It is absolutely beautiful and, as far as I can tell, immaculate. I was also concerned that it was too big. But it fits on the table with no issues, and when we decided to use windowed apps instead of full-screen apps, everything went great. Warranty wise I spoke to Dell Support and they confirmed that the warranty covers Dell if purchased from Revain (the product page says "supplied and sold by Revain.com"). After I received the monitor, I copied the service tag from the back of the monitor, went to the Dell website, logged into my Dell account and registered the service tag there. He confirmed that the extended replacement warranty was valid for just over 4 years (I don't know why such a warranty period is listed as I thought the warranty was 3 years). If anything bad happens to the monitor I will come back and update this review. But for now I rate it an excellent 5 out of 5 stars.
