Quick response time from their team when we had issues with an endpoint service they were providing us (Crowdstrike). Their customer support is also great if there are any problems/issues that arise during our daily workflows in relation to CWS services / tooling etc.. There was nothing so far I did not like about it at this point but maybe my experience has been good due too some of these being minor things as mentioned above! Good solution - very quick & efficient responses provided by staff whenever needed which makes life easier than having your own security experts monitoring all tools 24 hours 7 days 365-1 year around just waiting or checking logs every moment would be exhausting!!
