This machine left a lot to be desired. She worked, heated water through the pipe and into the basket, thicker and into the boiler, that's the only plus of this car. There's no visual water gauge to see how many cups you're pouring. To turn it on, you have to press the power button twice once you get the auto brew. The display on the bottom is hard to see, you can't see the light unless you're directly in front of it. You can't put a basket down with a pot on it and putting the pot back in with the basket was like wrestling and the worst part was how it poured everywhere but your cup. We had it about 2 weeks and I replaced it. My advice is to buy something else.
