Nutritious and delicious
I ordered this because I wanted to increase bone density and because Dr. Bernard Jensen, clinical nutritionist. I wasn't sure if I would like the taste of goat's whey as I don't like goat's cheese, but there is no discernible smell or taste of goat's milk in the whey. Has a beautiful golden color. Every day I make a smoothie out of it: I add 1/2 cup almond/coconut milk, 2 tablespoons whey, a banana, 1 tablespoon organic tahini and ice and it's delicious. It is also a jam filled with calcium from almond milk and whey. In the future I will also order a combination of whey and protein. The Mount Capra website features goats happily hopping across the green hills. Happy Goats. Happy serum. happy me
