Nice idea, but it's too difficult to flip the pancake, especially when you're trying to put it back where you got it. And to think that you need 2 pans at a time to cook the other side after flipping it is just ridiculous and not worth the effort. It would be a lot easier if it was double sided and you just flipped the whole pan over to cook the other side. Wouldn't that make more sense? I'm trying to make pancakes fun for my son but right now it's easier filling the batter and drawing with it than this pan lol. You need to turn it up a little, and anyone who says pancakes are easy to flip is lying.
