Review on ⏱️ AISIN TKK-003 Engine Timing Belt Kit with Water Pump: Complete Engine Maintenance Solution by Larry Willis

As other reviewers have said, this isn't exactly a high performance model made from genuine Hyundai material. However, these items from a Hyundai dealer are ridiculously expensive in comparison. The main problem in this area is knowing if you have an original product. There was a broken Gates timing belt which after 50km was completely cracked and worn out. Real Gates should be approaching 150km. Pretty sure it was fake. When fellow mechanics bought a fake from a popular auto parts store, stretched and wrecked the engine within 100 miles. That's why I chose Aisin but I don't know how to authenticate, the packaging looks real. I'll check often and switch early. Update: I had to replace the head gasket about 21,000 miles after putting the timing belt on so I had a chance to inspect the belt closely. In my eyes and in the eyes of two mechanics, the belt looks brand new.
