Tried the chat tab for support, xsplit doesn't help. Xsplit was like watching 50 minutes of video and reading the next two hours to learn how to stream, bruh. Nothing was easy for me to set up or get the software to perform the functions I bought the camera for. There were too many steps to take to stream on Twitch, which is unfortunate. 1/4 star for terrible packaging from the manufacturer. 1/4 star for software not user friendly at all. 1/4 star for terrible software support (Xsplit). I rounded up to 1 star. Item needs to be returned and Logitech lost me forever with this latest bug. Logitech and their laziness and inability to load instructions. Without any effort to offer the end user a plug and play experience. Hey Logitech, you're not Ikea, people want plug and play, not watch videos and read online to keep their hardware running. Minimal effort from Logitech. Minimal effort on my part to support them.
