I love how flexible you can make them if needed! You could use any template that comes with all software (which are very similar). It was great because we had no problems using the templates as they were exactly what our needs where. Also there's nothing really bad about anything either so i would say go ahead and try out some different ones until u find one which suits ur need best or maybe even create something yourself since everyone has been able t do just everything in such program anyways :) We have found many benefits by doing these surveys but mainly time saving from having meetings over things like this instead of going through emails etc. Just being more efficient at work overall. Having an employee survey system set up will help us get feedback fast without wasting too much valuable resources. This helped me realize my strengths/weaknesses quickly enough before heading into next year knowing who should be getting promoted and who shouldn't while keeping morale high during.
