Review on Fantes Italian Champagne Stopper: Authentic Market Original since 1906, Crafted in Italy by Keegan Herbert

Can't say enough good things about it. I love champagne and don't need a special occasion to drink some champagne. I could have it every day if my wallet allows it. I will have a case on hand but as I'm the only one in my house who likes it I'll have to wait as they only drink on special occasions and don't want to empty the bottle or drink the whole bottle. (although I've done this more than once my liver can't take it anymore). Buying half a bottle is a waste of time because you're paying for bottling anyway and I'm not drinking cheap bubbly or bubbly. I drink! I'm a snob in that regard. Although I just bought a bottle of Kirkland to see how it compares to my favorite Veuve Clicquot. Anyway, I digress. Opened a bottle of sparkling wine for brunch on Sunday, put the cork in for the first time and hoped for the best. The next night I got my bottle out and opened it all the way (didn't know I could use a dispenser) and there was a real pop as if the bottle had been opened for the first time! The champagne was just as fresh! The same for the next two evenings (I only allow myself 1 glass a day). I even skipped a day in between so the champagne on the last night was just as fresh as the first for 5 days! Wonderful! I need to learn how to cast, but I love hearing the bang every time. I have used other corks and was completely disappointed the next day I went back to flat champagne or had to use a pump or something which didn't work either. .It's very easy. You simply put the cork on and put the champagne in the fridge. What's not to love?
