Well deserved praise
These pans are amazing. The heat distribution is excellent, nothing sticks. All pans are easy to clean while they're still warm, but be aware that food will stick to them after they've completely cooled. It's not a problem, a quick soak in the sink wipes everything off easily. I made it a habit to clean it a few minutes after taking it off the heat because at that point it's much easier to clean it with a soft cloth. I should have switched to Calfalon many years ago. The grips are stylish, look good from a distance and while in use. great set
