When it works its great. But stopped working in 3 months

Edit: customer service was very prompt with replacing my unit. Seems to be working nowThe finish of the winder is beautiful. And when its running you can barely hear it, if at all. There are multiple settings that work with just about any type of mechanical watch. It is easy to get the watch in and out of the winder. Overall I was very happy with my purchase up until it stopped working. I hope they offer a solution otherwise I'll have to try something more reliable.
