Review on Peugeot Paris u'Select Pepper Mill 7 inch Natural: Enhance Your Culinary Experience by Jose Haskin

I've been looking for a good pepper mill for several years; Many stores wouldn't allow actual testing, and the grinder I bought from a reputable spice store wasn't capable of producing the fine grind we enjoy day in and day out. Gourmet crackers are good for cooking beef, but aren't as spicy as eating pasta. When I recently did a new search, I noticed that many "Top N" listings mention u-Select even though they have excluded it from their official list. I figured if this is the better one then it's worth betting on. We weren't disappointed: its second-largest grind is good enough for everyday enjoyment. The finest grind is almost like talc, but its output volume is understandably small. Coarse grinding (actually all settings) is easily reproduced since the regulator is down, with burrs. This will be on my list of easy to choose gifts for my loved ones going forward. I'm not sure I can give a higher recommendation.
