HCTS is a great EMR system and they're improving but they still have much more room to improve

I like how easy it is for me as an administrator, not just doctor or patient but anyone who has access into this system can see what's going down at our office without having us tell them! The interface could be better with some of my favorite features being missing (iPad app/mobile device support). It also doesn't have all insurance providers which are important when we do billing so you aren;t able get paid correctly from your provider if they don' t pay through e-billings via HealthCare IT Solutions(HCTS) We're currently looking forward towards implementing Epic soon because Hcts isn’t very reliable sometimes especially during busy times such as holidays etc..

Pros

This software allows doctors to make notes about patients easily in one place instead of searching around different places trying find where their information was stored originally before transferring everything over here onto openemr.com.It makes accessing medical records easier than ever!!! There should always been more updates made available frequently that would keep things up dated regularly since technology changes rapidly!!
