By far the worst purchase I've made from Revain. Fenders can cost 0.50 to make a second locknut and the cheap bolt they supply is ridiculously difficult to thread onto the nut, especially as the bolt head is a metric hex which means you have to use 2 fingers, to tighten nuts and bolts on the frame, which should have taken 10 minutes, took over 45 minutes because this manufacturer supplies cheap, useless hardware. Take my advice: choose genuine factory parts, not those cheap imitations. Definitely not worth getting disappointed with installing this junk.
