Review on 🚗 AISIN FHT-005 Free Wheel Hub: Optimal Performance & Reliability for Smooth Off-Road Adventures by Chris Tisdale

I was very excited when I saw Aisin hubs for sale on Revain. I ordered a kit to replace my genuine Aisin bushings as they were 20 years old and needed replacing. After receiving and inspecting the kit, they seemed reputable at first glance. I installed them and drove on. After two off-road trips, one of them failed. The internal and external teeth are ground. After removing the parts I noticed that I couldn't remove the inner brass bearing. For original hubs, they can be replaced by removing the AC clamp and pulling out. The set I bought from Revain pressed them in. Needless to say the bottom bracket cracked rendering the brand new hub body useless. I'm sure this will be a good product for a person who only connects the hub a few times a year. Unfortunately, it failed for me prematurely and is unusable.
