I ordered this ink as a replacement. My black ink from my last pack (from another brand) is still good. I only ordered 951 XL Cyan, Yellow and Magenta. I needed to print an important document which was not possible with this ink. I have been buying HP brand inks for many years. I've never had a problem loading or running ink after pressing the reset button. This ink came with a plastic coating on the ink. They told me to remove the plastic cover. The plastic film over the ink is glued into the inkjet printer. Almost impossible to uninstall following the instructions here. There were no instructions in the packaging. I tried to remove the film with my finger. The plastic wrap has not been removed. It started falling into small pieces. I refused to remove the plastic wrap. I was trying to inflate my 8610 printer and kept getting a printer error. I am returning this paint. I will order from another company.
